This policy explains what personal information Kapany Technologies Inc. ("Strand Systems", "we") collects through getdocsinorder.com and the DocsInOrder WordPress plugins, and how we use it.
This website
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
The DocsInOrder plugin
- The plugin runs on your WordPress site. Your clients' names, email addresses and documents are stored on your site and are never sent to us.
- You are responsible for your clients' personal information, including telling them how you collect and keep it.
- If you opt in on the Setup screen, the plugin shares basic information with us through Freemius: your admin email, site address, and WordPress, PHP and plugin versions. It is off by default, and you can opt out at any time.
Purchases
Pro is sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy and shares with us what we need to provide your licence and support (such as your name, email and licence details).
How long we keep information
We keep support emails and licence records as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@getdocsinorder.com.
