How to ask for a refund
Email support@getdocsinorder.com with the email address you bought with, or use your account at users.freemius.com. Payments and refunds are processed by Freemius, our reseller.
Renewals
Pro renews yearly. You can cancel anytime from Pro → Account in WordPress or from your Freemius account, and you won't be charged again.
